Dieses Kapitel beschreibt, wie Redakteure ein Formular so konfigurieren können, um Formulardaten per Schnittstelle ans CRM (MS Dynamics) zu übertragen. Im CRM werden Leads erzeugt.
Das Sitecore-Template stellt ein Javascript bereit, welches über ein \<script> Block im jeweiligen Formular aktiviert wird.
Dazu wird ein RawHtml Feld dem Formular hinzugefügt.
Der “Field name” lautet “RawHtml”.
Der Wert im Html-Feld sieht wie folgt aus:

lxsCrmFormIdentifier: Der Identifier des Formulars. Siehe Kapitel 2.2.11.1.1. Das Skript erkennt das Formular über die dort gesetzte “CSS class”.
lxsCrmFormApiId: Eindeutige ID des Formulars aus MS Dynamics. Diese ID muss im Vorfeld bekannt sein. Jede Sprachversion eines Formulars hat eine eigene ID in MS Dynamics.
Tipp: Felder bzw. ganze Formulare duplizieren und dann anpassen.
Folgende Daten werden gemappt und ans CRM übertragen. Die “Field names” müssen den exakten Werten entsprechen, sonst funktioniert das Mapping nicht.
